When other shops couldn’t deliver what Lee was looking for, he stopped outsourcing the problem and built the solution himself. Rogue Lab started in a basement bedroom and grew into a full production operation, followed by Rogue Transfers and Rogue Academy. Each business came from the same place: a problem worth solving and a willingness to put in the work.
